How do we create these tokens?

Acquisition and Custody

Shares are purchased through a licensed broker from the primary market i.e. the VFEX. The shares are then held in segregated accounts with a licensed custodian (FBC Bank Custodial Services).

Token Issuance

Tokens are minted on a 1:1 basis to the Polygon blockchain network. Every token represents the right to economic ownership, they do not act as bearer instruments.

Secondary Market

Retail investors can trade (buy and sell) the tokens from our secondary market which is available 24/7 and settles trades instantly on the blockchain. Only Whitelisted addresses can own the tokens.
